My journey into the world of wellness started back in 2019 after trying just about every diet in the world. As a certified nutritionist, I've taken a more wholistic approach to health and dedicated myself to translating nutrition so that is can be implemented by anyone.

I went to school for web and graphic design at BYU–Idaho, and I was hooked. Seriously. I looked forward to my assignments.
I've been designing websites since 2018, building my business while raising my kids. And I still love this work just as much as I did back then.
Over the years, working with small business owners taught me something: a beautiful website feels amazing to launch, but it should have a bigger purpose.
